The People’s House: A White House Experience

  • Created by the White House Historical Association, The People’s House: A White House Experience, is a new cutting-edge educational experience located in Washington, D.C., just one block from the White House. Ott House Audio sound designed and mixed multiple immersive experience exhibits all reinforced with video and immersive audio.

Cyclorama: The Big Picture

  • Developed by the Atlanta History Center, Cyclorama: The Big Picture is a 360 immersive exhibit that brings new life to the iconic 132-year-old painting, The Battle of Atlanta. Ott House Audio handled the sound design and mix for the exhibit, combining narration, music, and sound effects to help visitors connect with the history.

Aquarium of the Pacific: Pacific Visions

Immersive Exhibits

  • The new Pacific Visions exhibit at Aquarium of the Pacific in Longbeach California explores the future of our oceans through immersive media, interactive displays, and a state-of-the-art theater experience. Ott House Audio provided sound design and mixing for the “Designing The Future Film”, creating an engaging audio experience that helps bring the sights and stories of the ocean to life.

  • Be Washington at Mount Vernon is an interactive theater experience that puts visitors in the shoes of the first president as he faces real-life leadership challenges. Through touch screens and a life-sized panoramic display, guests watch historic scenarios unfold and make their own decisions before learning what Washington chose. Ott House Audio handled the sound design and mix for the full experience, combining voiceover, music, and sound effects to help bring these key moments in history to life.

Jamestown Settlement: Bacon’s Rebellion Experience Film

4D Film

  • At Jamestown Settlement, the Bacon’s Rebellion experience film plays every 20 minutes inside a 4-D experiential theater. The film tells the story of the 1676 armed uprising led by Nathaniel Bacon against Virginia’s colonial governor, William Berkeley. Ott House Audio provided the sound design and mix, helping bring the historic event to life through immersive audio.

  • Located at the top of the Four Seasons Hotel in New Orleans, Vue Orleans is an interactive cultural experience that celebrates the city’s rich history, music, and people. With stunning panoramic views and high-tech exhibits, visitors explore New Orleans through immersive media, storytelling, and sound.

Spying Launched A Nation

Immersive Museum

  • The newly renovated Spying Launched a Nation exhibit at the International Spy Museum fills a 270-degree presentation space with the sights and sounds of the Revolutionary War. The 5-minute multidimensional film plays out on 8 surfaces and features original reenactment shooting, animation and motion graphics, dynamic text, and Hamilton star Christopher Jackson as the host. Cortina Productions helped the Spy Museum reinvigorate the story of George Washington as the nation’s first spymaster and the important people who helped win America’s independence.
